Never ever ball mill potassium perchlorate and aluminum together in a ball mill. There are only a few mixes of components that can be mill together. Always use saftey first when using a ball mill. As far as placement of your mill, the ideal distance is probably around 150ft or more away from any buildings of any sort. If you can barricade it that's even better (things like sandbags).
